The Bunk House
The Bunk House is the original Phelps BnB suite. It has a rustic feel, and is a comfortable distance from the main house.
The Bunk House consists of a bedroom with a full size bed, a full bathroom with a shower, and a main common room with a kitchen that has a stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, and sink. As a bonus, above the bathroom there is a comfortable loft bed that will sleep one or two people.
The Bunk House has a driveway that is separate from the main house as well as its own gate.
The Loft
The Loft is a great choice for families and larger groups looking to have an authentic farm experience.
Spaciously sleeping 6 - the loft includes a king size bed, a full size bed, and 2 twin size beds.
The full size bed is in its own separate room and the area feels very large.
The Loft includes private access to the master bathroom downstairs as well as kitchen access in the morning for breakfast. The Loft is located in the main house in a private area.
The Treehouse
The Treehouse is a beautiful amish build room in the sky, with the best views on the farm!
Sleeping 4 - Including 2 queen size beds! (one in the loft)
The Treehouse has a kitchen set up for beautiful morning farm breakfast with a cup of coffee.
A covered patio located right below the Treehouse is the perfect place to relax on your farmland get-a-way!
